On July 22, 2024, Pei Jun, Chairman of the Group, Zhao Yahui, Li Baoquan, vice presidents of the Group and the management of the company
attended the opening ceremony of the first management trainee.

In his speech at the opening of the camp, Mr. Pei, chairman of the board, warmly welcomed 20 students from Youjia College of Hangzhou Vocational
and Technical College to join the "Field Engineer" management training program, and hoped that everyone would work happily, live and grow happily in the future.
